Booking and Scheduling

Consultations are scheduled by appointment. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Consultations may be conducted in person at our Brno location or remotely via video call or phone, as agreed upon during booking.

Recommendations

Following your consultation, you will receive written recommendations. These are suggestions based on the information you provided and are not prescriptions or medical advice.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and consultation materials, is the property of CiVitality and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Payment Terms

Payment for consultation services is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, though changes will not affect consultations already booked.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be rescheduled
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation may result in forfeiture of fees
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances
• In the event we cancel, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CiVitality and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of third parties
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information
• Implementation of any recommendations provided

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CiVitality from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
